The vision of New Theological School is to train pastors who lack theological training and church planters who are called to launch new ministries. The majority of pastors and church planters in northern India lack a bachelor's or seminary level education. Churches are growing and multiplying, but pastors lack adequate education. Theological education will aid in the founding of new churches and the growth of the churches through seminary graduates discipling others.
Our long-term goal is to send church planters to unreached people groups in North India. To see that vision fulfilled, and to better equip the pastors and church planters in theological and biblical understanding, God has already graciously provided a facility in Kerala.
Our immediate focus is to train 50 church planters and pastors who have no theological education. To cover all living and educational expenses, an annual expenditure of $100,000 is required. The initial educational effort will take approximately three years. Additional two years of support will be required as each new church planter begins a new ministry.
If you are able to mail a personal or business check to Transformation 1040, P.O. Box 951, Wheaton, IL 60187 (memo Theological school), one hundred percent of the funds will toward the project. Thank you for your partnership in this life-changing ministry in North India.
